Gluten Free Brownie - Walnut Brownies

Preparation Time: 3 minutes

Proofing and Resting Time: None

Baking Time: 22 minutes

Outcome: 1 tray


Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale and tray 60x10 cm



  • 500 g Gluten free brownie mix
  • 40 g Eggs
  • 80 g Vegetable oil
  • 75 g Walnut, broken
  • 95 ml Water



1.Mix all Ingredients, except walnuts, together into a smooth batter on a medium speed for 3 minutes.

2. Once the batter is mixed, fold in the walnuts.

3. Pour the batter onto a baking tray and level out with a spatula.

4. The oven should have a temperature of 150°C - 165°C when you put the tray in.

5. Bake for 22 minutes.

6. After cooling, cover with chocolate icing or other decorations you desire.
