Baking Time: Approx. 22 minutes

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen, Baking Tray

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 500 g Gluten Free Brownie
  • 40 g Eggs
  • 80 g Vegetable oil
  • 75 g Walnuts, broken
  • 95 ml Water

Method

  1. Mix all Ingredients, except walnuts, together into a smooth batter on a medium speed for 3 minutes
  2. Once the batter is mixed, fold in the walnuts
  3. Pour the batter onto a baking tray and level out with a spatula
  4. The oven should have a temperature of 150°C - 165°C when you put the tray in
  5. Bake for 22 minutes
  6. After cooling, cover with chocolate icing or other decorations you desire
