TOOLS NEEDED: MIXER INCLUDING BOWL AND WHISK, KITCHEN SCALE, 8-INCH RING
1. Beat all the ingredients with a whisk for 6 - 8 minutes.
2. Scale into 300 g for an 8-inch ring.
3. The oven should have a temperature of 160° - 170°C when you put the sponge in.
4. Bake for 18 - 23 minutes for 8-inch rings.
