Golden Muffin Mix - Waffle

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 180 g Golden muffin
- 80 g All purpose flour
- 5 g Baking powder
- 110 g Eggs
- 50 g Oil
- 175 ml Water
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes on a medium speed.
- Preheat the waffle iron to 180°C
- Brush vegetable oil onto the waffle iron and pour 50 g of the batter.
- Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes.
- Once golden brown, remove from the waffle iron and allow to cool.
