This transparent Strawberry Gel is a firm gel with a natural red colour, excellent for coating fruits and has a long lasting shine while very easy to cut

Mix together 1000g of gel with 500-600grams of water to a smooth consistency and bring briefly to boil. Apply by using a brush or spraying maschine. Ideal working temperature is 85-90 degrees celcius
