This transparent Apricot Gel is a firm gel with a light apricot colour, is excellent for coating fruits and has a long lasting shine and is easy to cut
Mix together 1000g of gel with 500-600grams of water to a smooth consistency and bring briefly to boil. Apply by using a brush or spraying maschine. Ideal working temperature is 85-90 degrees celcius
