Gluten Free Muffin Mix - Muffins

Proofing and Resting Time: None
Baking Time: 23 minutes
Outcome: 15 Muffins
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen scale, Muffin Cups
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 500 g Gluten Free Muffin
- 250 g Eggs
- 175 g Vegetable oil
- 75 ml Water
Method
- Mix all Ingredients together into a smooth batter for 3-4 minutes on a medium speed
- Pour the batter into muffins cups
- Place the muffins cups onto a baking tray
- The oven should have a temperature of 150°C - 165°C when you put the tray in
- Bake for approx. 23 minutes
- General hint: Various kinds of muffins can be created by adding chocolate chips, dried or frozen berries, raisins, walnuts or cocoa-powder to the batter and/or sprinkle on top
