Looking for a healthy snack on the go. Try our wholesome Seeds & Grains Muesli Bars.
Pack with fruit, nuts and seeds!!! You can’t go wrong.
Preparation Time:1 minutes
Proofing and Resting Time: None
Baking Time: 25 minutes
Outcome: 20 pieces (cut 3x10 cm)
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, baking tray 60x10 cm.
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 300 g Seeds & Grains
- 50 g Cane sugar syrup
- 125 g Almonds, nibbed/chopped
- 125 g Cranberries
- 38 g Hazelnuts, whole
- 38 g Pumpkin seeds
- 5 g Salt
- 100 g Cane sugar brown
- 100 ml Water, approx.
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except cane syrup and water, well by hand. Add the cane sugar syrup and water and mix for a maximum of one minute on a medium speed.
- Spread the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- The oven should have a temperature of 180°C when you put the muesli bars in
- Bake the muesli bars for 25 - 30 minutes.
