Plant Based Vegan Cake Mix - Blueberry Muffins

Outcome: 23 muffins
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen scale, muffin baking tray
Ingredients
- 1000 g Plant based vegan cake mix
- 300 g Vegetable oil
- 150 g Blueberries
- 450 ml Water
Method
- Mix all Ingredients except from the blueberries, for 3 minutes slow.
- Once mixed, carefully stir in the blueberries.
- Line the muffin baking tin with muffins cases. Pour the batter into the muffin cases.
- The oven should have a temperature of 180°C. We recommend putting 2 - 3 ice cubes on the bottom of the oven to get a steaming effect for a nice crust.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes.
