Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen scale, cake tin
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients 1000 g Plant based vegan cake mix 300 g Vegetable oil 450 ml Water Method Mix all Ingredients for 3-4 minutes on a medium speed. Once mixed, carefully stir fill into greased baking tins. Press down the upper surface of the dough, approx.1cm, using an oiled scrapper The oven should have a temperature of 180°C. Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes.
