Preparation:  time: 12-14 minutes

Proofing and Resting Time: none

Baking Time: approx. 23 minutes

Outcome: 2 trays

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 600 g Ireks Seeds & Grains
  • 250 g Sliced Almonds
  • 250 g Cranberries
  • 75 g Whole Hazelnuts
  • 75 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g Cane sugar, brown
  • 100 g Cane sugar syrup
  • 200 ml Water

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except Water and Cane Sugar Syrup until well cobmined.
  2. Mix the Water and Cane Sugar together and then pour into the dry ingredients. Mix together for a maximum of 1 minute
  3. Pour the mix onto a lined baking tray.
  4. The oven should have a temperature of 165° C when you put the baking tray in.
  5. Bake for 23 minutes until nice and golden brown.
