Proofing and Resting Time: none
Baking Time: approx. 23 minutes
Outcome: 2 trays
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, Kitchen
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 600 g Ireks Seeds & Grains
- 250 g Sliced Almonds
- 250 g Cranberries
- 75 g Whole Hazelnuts
- 75 g Pumpkin seeds
- 200 g Cane sugar, brown
- 100 g Cane sugar syrup
- 200 ml Water
Method
- Mix all ingredients except Water and Cane Sugar Syrup until well cobmined.
- Mix the Water and Cane Sugar together and then pour into the dry ingredients. Mix together for a maximum of 1 minute
- Pour the mix onto a lined baking tray.
- The oven should have a temperature of 165° C when you put the baking tray in.
- Bake for 23 minutes until nice and golden brown.
