Outcome: 10 pieces

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

180 g Golden muffin
80 g All purpose flour
5 g Baking powder
110 g Eggs
50 g Oil
175 ml Water

Method

Mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes on a medium speed.
Preheat the waffle iron to 180°C
Brush vegetable oil onto the waffle iron and pour 50 g of the batter.
Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes.
Once golden brown, remove from the waffle iron and allow to cool.
