Golden Muffin Mix - Muffins

Baking Time: 12 minutes
Outcome: 7 Muffins
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, muffin cups
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 250 g Golden Muffin Mix
- 88 g Whole eggs
- 75 g Vegetable oil
- 57 ml Water
Method
- Mix all Ingredients together into a smooth batter for 3-5 minutes on a medium speed.
- Pour the batter into muffins cups.
- Place the muffins cups onto a baking tray.
- The oven should have a temperature of 170°C - 180°C when you put the tray in.
- Bake for approx. 12-15 minutes.
- General hint: Various kinds of muffins can be created by adding chocolate chips, dried or frozen berries, raisins, walnuts or cocoa-powder to the batter and/or sprinkle on top.
