Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, waffle iron
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 250 g Gluten Free Muffin Mix
- 100 g Eggs
- 100 g Butter, Melted
- 75 ml Milk
Method
- Mix all Ingredients together into a smooth batter.
- Pour into waffle iron and bake until a nice golden brown
