Proofing and Resting Time: None

Baking Time: 4 minutes

Outcome: 12 waffles

 

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, Waffle iron

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 170 g Gluten free Muffin mix
  • 90 g Gluten free Bread mix
  • 150 g Milk
  • 80 g Egg
  • 50 g Oil
  • 60 ml Water

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes on a medium speed.
  2. Preheat the waffle iron to 180°C
  3. Brush vegetable oil onto the waffle iron and pour 50 g of the batter.
  4. Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once golden brown, remove from the waffle iron and allow to cool.
