Gluten Free Muffin Mix – Waffle

Proofing and Resting Time: None
Baking Time: 4 minutes
Outcome: 12 waffles
Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, Waffle iron
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 170 g Gluten free Muffin mix
- 90 g Gluten free Bread mix
- 150 g Milk
- 80 g Egg
- 50 g Oil
- 60 ml Water
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes on a medium speed.
- Preheat the waffle iron to 180°C
- Brush vegetable oil onto the waffle iron and pour 50 g of the batter.
- Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes.
- Once golden brown, remove from the waffle iron and allow to cool.
