Baking Time: 10 minutes

Outcome: 15 cookies

 

Tools needed: Mixer including bowl, kitchen scale, piping bag and baking tray

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 250 g Gluten Free Muffin Mix
  • 75 g Potato starch
  • 140 g Butter/ Margarine
  • 65 g Whole eggs
  • 5 g Dreidoppel vanille aroma

Method

  1. Mix all Ingredients together in mixing bowl for 3-5 minutes on a medium speed.
  2. Pour the mix into a piping bag.
  3. Pipe the mix onto a greased baking tray, around 4-5 cm in diameter.
  4. Bake at 190°C - 200°C for approx. 10-12 minutes.
