Outcome: 10-20 Creme Brulee

 

Tools needed: Bowl, Measuring Jug, Pot

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 100 g Dreidoppel Creme Brulee
  • 350 g Fresh Milk
  • 350 g Fresh Cream

Method

  1. Mix the Creme Brulee Powder with half of the milk and leave to once side.
  2. Add the other half of the milk with the creme into a pot and bring to the boil.
  3. Stir in the Creme brulee mix, from step 1, into the boiling milk and cream and let boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove the pot from the stove and pour the mix into ramekins of your choice.
  5. Allow to set in the fridge. Before serving sprinkle brown sugar or caster sugar then torch until the sugar is nice and golden brown.
