Driedoppel Creme Brulee Mix

Outcome: 10-20 Creme Brulee
Tools needed: Bowl, Measuring Jug, Pot
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 100 g Dreidoppel Creme Brulee
- 350 g Fresh Milk
- 350 g Fresh Cream
Method
- Mix the Creme Brulee Powder with half of the milk and leave to once side.
- Add the other half of the milk with the creme into a pot and bring to the boil.
- Stir in the Creme brulee mix, from step 1, into the boiling milk and cream and let boil for 1 minute.
- Remove the pot from the stove and pour the mix into ramekins of your choice.
- Allow to set in the fridge. Before serving sprinkle brown sugar or caster sugar then torch until the sugar is nice and golden brown.
